Oakley Collier Architects is seeking a Project Designer to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and eager with a hunger to learn and grow with us and make great spaces for our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Two-year Associate's degree in Architecture or related fields - professional degree in Architecture preferred.

  • 1-5 years of experience 

  • Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office Suites, additional skills in rendering platforms and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated designer who thrives in an open studio setting

CONSTRUCTION SCIENCE DESIGN TECHNICIAN

OCA seeks a team member with construction experience or a construction focused degree who is proficient in Revit.  This person will work as an integral member of the OCA Design Team to complete accurate Construction Documents that bring community based projects in on-time and at (or under) budget.  We are looking for someone with knowledge of construction systems and basic proficiency in Revit.  This position would primarily involve work completed in the office and coordinated between architects and construction managers.  Applicants should be interested in being involved in projects from schematic design through the creation of construction documents..

Qualifications:

  • Construction Experience

  • Construction related degree

  • Extensive BIM related experience

  • Excels in problem solving

  • Revit
