Whiteville City Hall

The City of Whiteville selected Oakley Collier Architects to conduct a feasibility study of the existing City Hall to evaluate options for renovation or demolition and construction of a new facility. Following the study, the City selected the most cost-effective option: construction of a new City Hall.

The project progressed from feasibility and conceptual design through schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration.

The new 10,745 SF facility includes offices for Finance, Human Resources, Inspections, Planning and Zoning, the Mayor, and the City Manager. The facility also includes a City Council meeting room and large conference room.
