Rocky Mount Judicial Center

Oakley Collier Architects has been working with the City of Rocky Mount to provide preliminary design services for a proposed three-story, 44,000 SF Judicial Center in downtown Rocky Mount, adjacent to the Rocky Mount Event Center.

Multiple building and site configurations have been explored as part of the planning and design process. The current site is bounded by North Discovery Street, Atlantic Avenue, and Eastern Avenue in Edgecombe County.
