The 177,636 SF Rocky Mount Event Center was designed to help revitalize downtown Rocky Mount while complementing the historic character of the surrounding community. The facility provides a versatile venue for large public and private gatherings, regional sporting events, business functions, and other community activities.
A major feature of the center is its 5,000-seat event arena, which can be divided into two separate event floors and configured to accommodate eight 50' x 84' basketball courts. The flexible conference center accommodates a variety of group sizes, with up to six meeting rooms on the first floor and four on the second floor.
Additional amenities include a full commercial kitchen, concession and preparation areas, four party rooms, an arcade, and a family entertainment center featuring an elevated ropes course and rock-climbing wall.
