Nash Community College Master Plan

Oakley Collier Architects developed a comprehensive master plan for Nash Community College to guide the future growth and development of its rapidly expanding campus.

The planning process included an analysis of existing facilities, current space utilization, projected enrollment, and anticipated future growth. Based on these findings, priorities were established to identify which facilities and capital improvements should be considered first for development.

The resulting master plan also provided recommendations to improve day-to-day campus functionality while supporting the College’s long-term educational and facility needs.
