Nags Head Space Needs Assessment & Facilities Master Plan

The Town of Nags Head selected Oakley Collier Architects to develop a comprehensive long-term plan for its municipal facilities. The study evaluated existing facility conditions and capital improvement needs to create a strategic plan for addressing the Town’s projected needs over the next 15 years.

OCA conducted individual meetings with Town staff and stakeholders to better understand the needs of each department. The team also performed facility walkthroughs with departmental managers to evaluate daily operations, identify spaces that function well, document existing space deficiencies, and assess anticipated growth and future facility needs.

The Space Needs Assessment & Facilities Master Plan was completed in 2024.
