The Nags Head Public Works Facility consists of multiple buildings designed to support the Town’s public works operations. The 2,000 SF Equipment Building includes a 14-foot roll-up door and storage mezzanine. The 8,308 SF Garage includes nine double-sided maintenance bays with a total of 18 roll-up doors.
The Water Distribution Building includes a 1,260 SF garage with three roll-up doors and a 2,305 SF shop area with two roll-up doors and a storage mezzanine. The facility also provides offices, a break room, restrooms, storage, and utility rooms.
The 3,600 SF Administration Building includes a large training room, reception and lobby area, conference room, seven offices, restrooms, and a break room. The 15,600 SF Fleet/Mechanics Shop includes six single-sided bays and six double-sided bays with an administrative area located between the two.
