Martin County Career & Technical Center

The Martin County Career & Technical Center involved the renovation of approximately 62,000 SF of a former retail shopping center in Williamston, NC, transforming the existing space into a modern career and technical education facility.

The center includes classrooms, laboratories, and shop spaces supporting programs in business and finance, health sciences, industrial processes, and STEM education. Additional spaces include conference rooms, offices, collaborative learning areas, food storage and preparation areas, and student and staff dining.

The facility serves both high school and community college students and accommodates approximately 250–300 students.

The project was completed in 2021.
