Lee Campus Building

The Lee Campus Building at Wilson Community College involved the renovation and conversion of an existing 8,000 SF automobile dealership into a modern educational facility. The renovated building includes classrooms, multipurpose space, offices, conference rooms, a small business center, and new interior finishes.

New façades were added to transform the appearance of the two existing buildings and create a cohesive college campus environment. The exterior improvements also incorporate sun-shading and screening elements to provide solar protection for existing classrooms.
