Havelock City Hall

The new Havelock City Hall includes a public meeting room, conference room, judge’s room, break room, and a separate administrative area housing the Mayor’s Office, City Clerk, City Manager, Finance and Accounting, Planning, Zoning, Permitting, and other municipal departments.

Due to the facility’s proximity to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point and its location near the end of a runway, special sound attenuation measures were incorporated into the building design to mitigate noise from military aircraft taking off and landing throughout the day.
