The Greenville Convention Center underwent major renovations and expansion to enhance both the appearance and functionality of the approximately 75,000 SF facility. Improvements included renovations to approximately 38,000 SF of existing space and an 11,000 SF addition.
The expansion included six new breakout rooms, two seminar rooms, additional circulation and setup areas, restrooms, an outdoor terrace, and a new audio/video system. Additional improvements included renovations to the entry canopy and plaza to enhance signage, visibility, lighting, and landscaping, along with updated finishes and furnishings throughout the facility. The project was completed through a design-build partnership with T.A. Loving Company.
