Greenville Convention Center

The entry canopy and plaza were renovated to improve signage, visibility, lighting, & landscaping. Finishes & furnishings were also updated throughout. Total square footage of the facility is approximately 75,000 square feet. The project was completed as a Design-Build project with TA Loving Construction Company. This project involves major renovations to approximately 38,000 square feet, and an addition of 11,000 square feet to the existing convention center. The expansion will include 6 new breakout rooms, 2 seminar rooms, additional circulation/setup areas, restrooms, an outdoor terrace, and new audio/video system.
