The new 11,600 SF Four Oaks Medical Office Building was designed for CommWell Health as a multidisciplinary medical and dental practice. The facility provides a wide range of healthcare services, including family medicine, dental care, behavioral health, pediatrics, pharmacy home-delivery services, laboratory services, and X-ray imaging within a patient-centered environment.
The medical area includes a waiting room with shared reception, administrative offices, break room, laboratory, X-ray room, medication room and storage, nine exam rooms including pediatric spaces, team rooms, trauma room, supply room, storage, and restrooms.
The dental area includes a waiting room with shared reception, eight operatories, two dentist offices, panoramic X-ray room, sterilization area, laboratory, supply room, and restrooms. Additional shared spaces include staff and multipurpose areas, offices, records storage, an IT room, and support spaces.
