Edgecombe Community College Master Plan 2016

Oakley Collier Architects developed a comprehensive long-term master plan for Edgecombe Community College’s Tarboro and Rocky Mount campuses. The plan established a strategic framework for the orderly development of future capital improvements in support of the College’s mission, educational programs, and long-term growth.

The planning process included extensive meetings with College stakeholders, documentation and analysis of existing facilities, and programming to identify current and future space needs.

The resulting master plan provided a coordinated strategy to guide future campus development and support the evolving needs of the College and its students.
