Craven County Courthouse Annex Renovation

Oakley Collier Architects worked with Craven County to provide flood mitigation and repair services for the Craven County Courthouse following damage sustained during Hurricane Florence in 2018. Originally constructed in 1883, the historic courthouse is located within the New Bern Historic District.

During the course of this work, OCA was also selected to provide renovation services for the Courthouse Annex, Emergency Operations Center, and Information Technology facilities. These efforts included assisting the County with the relocation of critical services while renovations and restoration of the courthouse annex were completed.

The project was completed in February 2025.
