CDL Driver Training Course & Pavilion

The new CDL and public safety driver training course for Nash Community College includes a 350' x 450' driving pad, 750 SF office and storage building, parking, and roadway access. The driving pad provides dedicated areas for precision driving, evasive maneuvers, serpentine courses, fixed-radius curves, alley and dock station parking, a fire and rescue confined-space course, helipad, 25' x 80' shed, skid pad, hydrants, and full site lighting.

The office and storage building includes a private office, storage room with a roll-up door, men’s and women’s restrooms, and a janitor’s closet.

Phase 2 of the project includes the Driver Training Pavilion.
