TIMOTHY OAKLEY,aia, leed® ap
As the founding principal of Oakley Collier Architects, Tim Oakley is responsible for the oversight of the firm. Over the last 40+ years in the field, he has developed expertise in coordinating in-house staff, consultants, contractors / construction managers, and regulatory agencies. He enjoys technical aspects of architecture including design, management, and construction techniques. He graduated from Nash Community College.
ANN COLLIER, Aia, LEED® AP
Ann Collier is a partner and principal with Oakley Collier Architects, PA. She is responsible for daily operations within the firm. With over 23 years of experience in the design profession, she has provided specialized programming, planning, and design knowledge for many public projects. Her design experience encompasses a variety of project types including municipal, educational, institutional, and higher education facilities. She graduated from NC State University.

DAVID GRIFFIn, leed® ap
David Griffin has more than 20 years of experience serving the private and public sectors as a Design Project Manager for Oakley Collier Architects. David is responsible for managing educational, municipal, recreational, industrial, healthcare and commercial projects. He attended NC State University & Nash Community College.
SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER
John Hamm has more than 31 years of experience serving the private and public sectors as a Design Project Manager. John is responsible for managing healthcare, government, industrial, corporate, and commercial projects. He has an Associate’s degree in Architectural Technology from Nash Community College.
Matt Oakley has been involved in construction administration services since he joined the firm in 2010. He is dedicated to providing attentive and responsive service during the construction phase of the project. He has a BS in Construction Management from East Carolina University & also holds a NC General Contractors license.
Franki has been involved in construction administration services since he joined the firm in 1994, and is dedicated to providing attentive and responsive service during the construction phase of the project. He attended Campbell University, Lenoir Community College, and Nash Community College.
Megan Liv has been the Marketing Director for Oakley Collier Architects since 2006 and is very knowledgeable of the field of Architecture and Planning. Megan is responsible for overseeing marketing programs, brand management, and producing proposals. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from NC State University in 2005.
Ashley Seaman has been with Oakley Collier Architects since late 2019. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in 2009. Ashley is responsible for preparing Contracts, handling all financial documents, Human Resources, and routine clerical and administrative duties.
JR BIM TECH
Andrew Glover joined our team in 2018. He graduated with an Associate's degree in Architectural Technology from Nash Community College, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University. Andrew is responsible for completing accurate construction documents and coordinating work between Architects and Construction Managers.
